BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Election of Chairperson
Coulter nominated Achterhof; Hansen nominated Hansen; Achterhof nominated Coulter;
Coulter declined. Hansen received three votes, Achterhof received one vote.
2. Election of Vice Chairperson
Coulter nominated Achterhof. No other nominations. Unanimous vote for Achterhof.
3. Establish Future Meeting Dates and Times
Achterhof proposed evening meetings March through October and day meetings
November through February, same as County Board schedule. Agreed to revisit
Achterhof's proposal and committee meeting time after District 13 is resolved. Motion:
CDC meetings to be the third Thursday at 5PM.

REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Request from Coulter for staff to shorten powerpoints and reviews; Encourage committee
members to read through packet and ask questions prior to the meeting.
Request to send the pilot sign plan for the Bike & Pedestrian signs to all committee members as
soon as possible.

2. Update on outdoor recreation plan and process
3. Review and Q&A - County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Update
4. Review and Q&A - Solid Waste Management Plan
5. Review and Q&A - Land and Water Resource Management Plan
