NOTICE OF OPEN HOUSE
ZONING ORDINANCE COMPREHENSIVE REVISION
On Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., St. Croix County will host a Public Open House in
the Board Room of the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson. This open
house will summarize recommended changes to the zoning ordinance based on public feedback received
over the last 15 months. There will be a brief presentation outlining the zoning changes at 6:30 p.m.
The goals of this project are to make the County ordinance consistent with current state laws and legal
standards, to establish zoning districts and regulations that fit the varied needs of the towns across the
county and to make it easier for all users to understand and apply the ordinance.
Visitors will be able to view information sheets and exhibit boards providing information on elements of
the County zoning ordinance update. County staff and consultant representatives will be present seeking
input and answering questions.
