Soil evaluation completed for subdivision creation. Dense tree cover limits ability to explore soil conditions
throughout parcel, Further soil testing after building site is established and cleared may result in more suitable
system area. Soil conditions appear to be uniform throughout immediate area.
Placement of mound system within Dairyland Power Utility Flight of Way verbally approved by Kurt Childs June 16,
2009.
