Comprehensive Revision to the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance Chapter 17,
complete rewrite of the existing ordinance
John Hilgers, senior planner gave the staff report. Public comment period will be kept
open until 4:30PM tomorrow 7/12/19. Comments must be submitted in writing.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Update from Kristen Bruder, University of Wisconsin Madison - Extension
Kristen Bruder, Area Extension Director, UW Madison - Division of Extension. Gave
updates on staffing for St. Croix County and the roles of State employees in the fair.
2. Comprehensive Revision to the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance Chapter 17,
complete rewrite of the existing ordinance
Recess until 5PM. Staff Report by John Hilgers, Senior planner, and Jason Valerius,
MSA consultant.
3. Resolution approving amendment to Town of Forest Zoning Ordinance for the Linda
Reichert Trust: rezoning from Agricultural to Agricultural-Residential.
John Hilgers, St Croix County Planner, presented the report.

Next steps in process for audience members, will draft and bring back to committee
meeting on August 1st at 5PM in this room. Additional comments that come in before
tomorrow 7/12/19 at 4:30 PM will be added to online agenda packet.
