Ordinance to Adopt Farmland Preservation Plan Area Map Amendments to the St. Croix County - 2012 - 2035 Comprehensive Plan Brett Budrow, Land Information Administrator, presented the information. This is an amendment to the Farmland Preservation Plan and the Comprehensive Plan according to WI. Statutes 91.10. Towns of Troy, Baldwin and Springfield each have properties coming into Farmland Preservation. Financial Report for June 2020 Ken Witt, Assistant County Administrator, gave the report. Park revenues ahead of last year and ahead of the budget. 6. 2020 St. Croix County Fair Budget Allocation Gail Meier distributed a handout and presented the information. Anderson MOTION to split funds 75% to fair and 25% for county, second Hansen. Achterhof MOTION to keep the full $80,000 to the fair. Schachtner seconds the motion for more discussion. MOTION to give 75% of the original $80,000 in the 2020 budget to the fair ($60,000), and keep the remaining $20,000 (25%) for county funds due to no fair this year. Review and Discussion of DNR Comments regarding the Draft Shoreland Ordinance Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, reviewed the information in the packet. Brett Budrow, Land Information Administrator, summarized the WDNR comments for the committee. 8. An Ordinance Repealing Chapter 17, Subchapter III, Section 17.30, of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Shoreland Overlay Districts and Re-enacting the Shoreland Overlay Districts as Chapter 16 of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, reviewed the information in the packet. On packet page 180 CDD staff summarized the DNR comments. Brett Budrow summarized the WDNR comments for the committee and walked through the revisions to the Shoreland Overlay Ordinance.
