1. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE MAP,
CHAPTER 15, TOWNS OF BALDWIN, CADY, CYLON, EAU GALLE, EMERALD, ERIN
PRAIRIE, GLENWOOD, KINNICKINNIC, PLEASANT VALLEY, RUSH RIVER, SPRINGFIELD,
STANTON AND STAR PRAIRIE

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Ordinance Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Map, Chapter 15, Towns
of Baldwin, Cady, Cylon, Eau Galle, Emerald, Erin Prairie, Glenwood, Kinnickinnic,
Pleasant Valley, Rush River, Springfield, Stanton and Star Prairie
John Hilgers, Senior Planner, gave a staff report and summary of the map changes
requested. A copy of a letter from the Town of Star Prairie was given to staff and the
committee for review.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
map changes as presented by Community Development Staff

4. Review of 2021 Budget Request
Ken Witt, interim County Administrator, summarized the report and answered questions.
5. St. Croix County Manure Spill and Brownwater Event Response Plan
Tim Stieber, Resource Management Administrator, presented information on the plan in
progress in cooperation with Public Health.
6. Motorized Boat Launch Fees
Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, gave an overview of the boat launch
fees and information.
MOTION: To approve this fee structure for boat launch facilities for $10 daily
and $30 annual pass.

Diana Alfuth, Horticulture Educator gave a presentation.

Reminder from Director Denzer - Clean Sweep and Household Hazardous Waste Collection -
next week the 24th and 25th of September at the County Shop on Hwy 12 Hudson.
