the Town of St. Joseph.

Waiver to reduce the Road Setback - Mortel - Town of Warren

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Waiver to reduce the Road Setback - Mortel - Town of Warren
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report. Discrepancy of 92nd
Ave or 87th Ave on the map should be fixed.
MOTION to approve the request to move the setback to 50' as requested and
conditionally to provide a correction instrument and to ensure that the street
name is correct.

John Hilgers, St. Croix County Planner, presented the resolution to the committee.
MOTION to recommend approval of the resolution for the Town of Hudson to
amend their chapter 105 Town of Hudson zoning code.
