Hearing opened at 5:03 PM. Members of the public spoke both for and against this

2. Resolution Denying a Rezoning Application from an R-2 Residential District to an R-1
Residential District with a Nonmetallic Mining Overlay for Parts of the SW ¼ of
Section 5, Township 28N, Range 18W, Town of Kinnickinnic.
John Hilgers, County Planner presented the staff report and supporting documentation.
Public Comments 20-39 distributed to committee during meeting. Public Comment 40
received at start of meeting via email. Public Comment 41 handed out by Emily
Vondriska during meeting.
MOTION to recommend to the County Board the Resolution denying this rezoning
application from an R-2 Residential District to an R-1 Residential District with a
Nonmetallic Mining Overlay for Parts of the SW 1/4 of Section5, Township 28N,
Range 18W, Town of Kinnickinnic.
