1. UW Madison Area Extension - Selena Freimark, Health & Well-being Educator-
presentation
Selena Freimark, UW Madison Health and Well-being educator gave a presentation.
2. Resolution Supporting Reauthorization of the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program
for Ten Years and the WDNR Budget Request of $50 Million
Chairman Hansen introduced the topic with follow-up by Ellen Denzer, Community
Development Director.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the resolution supporting reauthorization
of the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program funding.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED \[UNANIMOUS\]

3. Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events Update
Tim Stieber, Resource Management Administrator, presented the material and answered
questions from the committee.
4. Financial Report January 2021
County Administrator Ken Witt gave the financial report.
5. Agenda Items Timeframes/Deadlines
Discussion on time frames for CDD applications and agendas. Director Denzer
addressed this item.
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND CORRESPONDENCE
Community Development Director Denzer handed out educational opportunities for the
committee members to attend.
REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Supervisor Achterhof - COVID and how it has affected CDD.
