1.Resolution Approving Text Amendments to the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance
Chapter 105
John Hilgers, County Planner, presented the resolution and answered questions from the
committee.
MOTION: to recommend approving the text amendments to the Town of
Hudson Zoning Ordinance -Chapter 105.
RESULT: APPROVED \[UNANIMOUS\]

2. TAP Grant Phase II Hwy 35 Bike Trail Update
John Hilgers presented an update on the TAP grant process.
3. Financial Report for November 2021
Ken Witt, County Administrator, presented the financial reports to the committee.
4. Update on Solar Farm Regulation & Recent Solar Farm Decision
Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, presented the update to the committee.
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND CORRESPONDENCE
Achterhof- The Wind Farm project in the Town of Forest is not going to go forward.
1. Eckert Blufflands Open House and Public Hearing
January 11, 2022 in the St. Croix County Government Center Board Room a Community Open
House for Eckert Blufflands Park Master Plan starting at 2:30 PM
A Public Hearing to consider amending the St. Croix County Outdoor Recreation Plan to include
a section for the Eckert Blufflands Master Plan will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022 during
the regular Community Development Committee Meeting.
