PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. To rezone approximately 50 acres from the C-3 Commercial Zoning District to
the I-1 Industrial Zoning District, pursuant to Chapter 15.545 of the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance in the Town of Cady for Jason Haas.
2. To reduce the platted structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50 feet along
a possible future Town road pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix
County Land Division Ordinance for Rossow in the Town of Somerset
3. To reduce the structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50 feet along 145th
Avenue pursuant to Section 13.10 B. 1. of the St. Croix County Land Division
Ordinance for Timm In the Town of Richmond.
