1. Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Section 33, Township 28N, Range
15W, Town of Cady - Rezoning 39 acres from R-1 Residential Zoning District to AG-2
Agricultural Zoning District
John Hilgers, Senior Planner, presented the staff report to the committee.
MOTION to approve the request to rezone 39 acres in the Town of Cady from
R-1 Residential to AG-2 Agricultural Zoning District for Eric Walquist.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS]

9. Resolution Authorizing Advisory Referendum to Issue Bonds for Development of
Eckert Blufflands Park
Ken Witt, County Administrator, presented this item to the committee.
MOTION to postpone indefinitely the resolution authorizing advisory referendum
for development of Eckert Blufflands Park.
