1. Waiver to reduce the platted structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50 feet
along the County Highway âTâ pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix County
Land Division Ordinance.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Setback Reduction Waiver - Stoehr - Town of Hammond
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the staff report and findings to the
committee.
MOTION to approve the request for a setback reduction for lot 59 in Pleasant
Hills 1st Addition in the Town of Hammond from 100' to 50' along Cty Hwy T.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Consideration of UW Extension 2023 Contract
Ken Witt, County Administrator, presented the information to the committee. Kristen
Bruder, Area Extension Director, presented a one-page document to the committee and
spoke of the services offered by UW Madison Extension Educators.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Review of Mandated Services - Parks Division of Community Development
Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, reviewed the mandated services in
Community Development Parks Division.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Financial Report for October 2022
Ken Witt presented the financial report for FY22 to date.

Tree Sale is going on now. Glen Hills Vista Prairie Group Camp final walk through yesterday.
