MOTION Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Section 15, Township 28N, Range 17W, Town of Rush River - Rezoning 40 Acres from AG-1 Agricultural to AG-2 Agricultural Zoning District. RESULT: RECOMMENDED \[UNANIMOUS\] MOVER: Scott Counter, Vice Chair SECONDER: Jerry VanSomeren, Supervisor AYES: Shawn Anderson, Scott Counter, Daniel Hansen, Ryan Sherley, Jerry VanSomeren ABSENT: Dick Hesselink 2. Town of Troy Rezoning 35 Acres from Exclusive Agricultural Zoning District to Commercial General Retail and Service Zoning District John Hilgers, Senior Planner St. Croix County Community Development, presented the report. Matt Heib, Representing the Town of Troy, answered a question from the Chairman. MOTION to recommend approval of the Town of Troy Rezoning 35 Acres from Exclusive Agricultural Zoning District to Commercial General Retail and service general zoning as stated in Resolution. Resolution Approving Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments to the Town of Troy Zoning Ordinance Chapter 170-K (Commercial District) and 170-T (Antennas, Mobile Service Facilities and Mobile Service Support Structures) John Hilgers, Senior Planner St. Croix County Community Development, presented the report. MOTION to approve the resolution approving the zoning ordinance text amendments to the Town of Troy Zoning Ordinance Chapter 17-K and 170-T. Resolution Approving Grant Applications for the Snowmobile Trail Aids Program Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, presented the corrected resolution to the committee. MOTION to recommend approval of the resolution approving grant applications for the Snowmobile Trail Aids Program with noted changes. St. Croix National Golf & Event Center Update Director Denzer gave update. RESULT: DISCUSSED 6. Questions/Discussion regarding CDD, ROD, UWM Extension Annual Reports Supervisor Hansen asked about the Annual Park pass usage for the 2-year Healthier Together Library program. Supervisor Coulter asked about camping at GHP, Camper Cabins, park usage. RESULT: DISCUSSED ANNOUNCEMENTS AND CORRESPONDENCE REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Supervisor Anderson request budget information for next year.
