Zoning District, pursuant to Chapter 15.545 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance

2.Request to reduce the platted structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50 feet
along the Town road of 60th St., pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix
County Land Division Ordinance

16W, Town of Baldwin - Rezoning 1.38 acres from C-3 Commercial to R-1 Residential
Zoning District
John Hilgers, Senior Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation.
MOTION to approve the request to rezone 1.38 acres in the Town of Baldwin
from C-3 Commercial Zoning District to the R-1 Residential Zoning District,
pursuant to Chapter 15.545 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.

Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the road setback waiver request.
MOTION to approve the request to reduce the platted structure setback on the lot
from 100 feet to 50 feet along the Town road of 60th St., pursuant to Section
13.10.B.1 of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance.

MOTION to recommend approval of the request from the Town of St. Joseph to
rezone 5.88 acres from Rural Mixed Use Zoning District to the Traditional
Commercial Zoning District.

4. Consideration of amendment to Chapter 30 Parks Ordinance regarding hunting on
parks or trails
Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, and Parks Administrator, Dennis Merkel,
presented the amendments to the committee.
Motion to move forward with a public hearing at the August Community
Development Committee meeting and to incorporate these changes to the
ordinance including banning the use of trail cams unless authorized by the Parks
Administrator.

Tim Stieber, Resource Management Administrator, presented the Stanton Farmland
Heritage Preservation Ag Enterprise Area Petition. Max Erickson, Land Use &
Conservation Technician II, has been working with the Town on this application and is
present to answer any questions.
MOTION: To recommend approval of this resolution to the County Board of
Supervisors and request a signature from the Board Chair.
