Residential Zoning District to C-2 Commercial Zoning District
Hearing opened at 5:01 PM. Hearing closed at 5:15 PM. Ronelle and Austin Oehme
introduced themselves and thanked the committee.
2. Text Amendments to Chapter 15-Zoning of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances
Public Hearing opened at 5:16 PM. Hearing closed at 5:34 PM.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Section 20, Township 31N, Range
16W, Town of Cylon - Rezoning 7.0 Acres from R-1 Residential District to C-2
Commercial Zoning District
John Hilgers presented the rezoning request for Austin and Ronelle Oehme to the
committee.
MOTION: To recommend to the county board their approval of the
amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Section 20,
Township 31N, Range 16W, Town of Cylon to rezone 7.0 acres from R-
1 Residential District to C-2 Commercial Zoning District.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED \[UNANIMOUS\]

John Hilgers, Senior Planner, presented the ordinance amending Chapter 15 - Zoning of
the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances.
MOTION to postpone this item to October committee meeting and schedule a
work session with Community Development Staff prior to the October meeting.

Ken Witt, County Administrator, presented the 2023 budget requests.
4. Request for Community Development Committee Chair signature on a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between St Croix County, the Dry Run
Producer Led Council, and Western Farmers Union.
Tim Stieber, Resource Management Administrator, presented the request to the
committee.
MOTION to approve the Committee Chairman to sign the Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU).

Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, presented the fee schedule to the
committee.
MOTION to approve the updated Community Development Department Fee
Schedule for 2023.

decision was made to discuss further during the work session.

Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, answered questions from the
committee.
9. Financial Report for August 2022
Ken Witt presented the financial reports.
