BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said Section 29; thence on an assumed bearing of North 00 degrees 35
minutes 51 seconds West along the west line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 826.17 feet, thence
South 89 degrees 01 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of 530.75 feet; thence South 00 degrees 35 minutes
51 seconds East a distance of 826.1 7 feet to the south line of said Southwest Quarter; thence North 89
