0.11 acres from the R-1 Residential District to the Ag-1 Agricultural District,
pursuant to Chapter 15.545 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
2. Request to reduce the platted structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50
feet along 110th Street pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix County
Land Division Ordinance
