Community Development Committee – Regular Meeting – December 15, 2022 5:00 PM RESULT: ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT William Peavey, 2530 County Rd N, Woodville, WI. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Rezoning Request for Mullikin in the Town of Stanton - Rezone 4.93 acres from the Ag-1 Agricultural Zoning District to the R-1 Residential District; and Rezone 0.11 acres from the R-1 Residential District to the Ag-1 Agricultural District, pursuant to Chapter 15.545 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. Hearing opened at 5:16; closed at 5:26 PM 2. Request to reduce the platted structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50 feet along 110th Street pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance Hearing opened at 5:27 PM - closed at 5:36 PM BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Introduction of Tim Skutley, Area 5 Extension Director Kristen Bruder introduced Tim Skutley as the new Area Extension Director. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Section 32, Township 31N, Range 17W, Town of Stanton - Rezoning 4.93 Acres, From AG-1 Agricultural to R-1 Residential Zoning District and Rezoning 0.11 Acres from R-1 Residential District to AG-1 Agricultural District John Hilgers, Senior Planner presented the ordinance to the committee. Motion to recommend approval of amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Section 32, Township 31N, Range 17W, Town of Stanton for Mullikin to Rezone 4.93 acres from Ag-1 to R-1 and .33 acres from R-1 to Ag-1 zoning district. Road Setback Reduction Waiver - Olson Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented the item to the committee. MOTION to approve the setback from 100' to 50' along 110th St for lot 2 in the Town of Warren for Jeffrey Olson. Financial Report for December 2022 Ken Witt, County Administrator, presented the financial report to the committee. 5. Update on Neighbors Concerns Along the Wildwood Trail County Administrator Witt addressed the concerns of the group of landowners along the Wildwood Trail. RESULT: DISCUSSED ANNOUNCEMENTS AND CORRESPONDENCE REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Supervisor VanSomeren would like another update on the Wildwood Trail.
