Prairie for Moulton

1. Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Section 29, Township 31N, Range
18W, Town of Star Prairie - Rezoning 42 Acres from R-1 Residential Zoning District to
R-2 Residential Zoning District
John Hilgers, Senior Planner, presented the request to the Committee.
MOTION to recommend approval of the ordinance amending the
comprehensive zoning ordinance in the Town of Star Prairie for Moulton as
presented.

3. Chapter 18 Floodplain Proposed Map Amendments Update
Nicole Peterson, Planner, introduced the proposed Chapter 18 Floodplain map
amendments.

4. Rural Road Naming and Addressing Information
Brett Budrow, Planning and Land Information Administrator presented the background
to the committee.
Motion to ask staff to work with Corporation Counsel to create an ordinance
and take to public protection committee
