2. Waiver to reduce the platted structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50
feet along the County Highway “V” pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix
County Land Division Ordinance.
3. Waiver to reduce the platted structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50
feet along 235th Avenue, pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix County
