Waiver to reduce the platted structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50 feet along the County Highway “V” pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance. Hearing opened at 5:43 PM. Hearing closed at 5:50 PM. 3. Waiver to reduce the platted structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50 feet along 235th Avenue, pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance. Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Section 21, Township 28N, Range 18W, Town of Kinnickinnic - Rezoning 2.735 Acres from AG-2 Agricultural Zoning to R-2 Residential District Motion to Postpone to July 17, 2023 Community Development Committee meeting to allow the Town of Kinnickinnic to meet and submit comments to staff. Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, presented the information to the committee. Motion to approve the waiver to reduce the platted 100' setback to 50' for Bell in the Town of Somerset on Cty Rd V with the condition that the driveway access to Cty Rd V be removed. Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, presented the staff report and materials to the committee. This property has a large drainage easement. Town board recommended approval. Motion to approve the waiver to reduce the platted setback from 100' to 50' for Berwald and Palme in the Town of Somerset along 235th Avenue as per section 13.1.B.1 of the Land Division Ordinance. Resolution Granting Easement to Adjoining Property Owners of the Wildwood Trail Ken Witt, County Administrator, presented the information to the committee. Bill Peavey, representing the adjoining property owners, was invited by Chairman Hansen, to come to the table to discuss this topic. Motion to recommend approval of the resolution. Motion to allow Corporation Counsel Amos to amend the resolution to match the easement agreement to reflect the 66-99 foot wide easement. Report regarding the permitted and conditional uses in the Ag-2 Zoning District John Hilgers, Senior Planner, gave the report as follow up from the May meeting. RESULT: DISCUSSED 6. Resolution Approving Application for County Conservation Aids Grants 2024-2028 Ellen Denzer, Community Development Director, presented this resolution. MOTION to recommend approval of the resolution to approve the application for County Conservation Aids Grants from 2024-2028 to the county board of supervisors. Financial Report for May 2023 Ken Witt, County Administrator, gave the financial report to the committee.
