646733, located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 06, Township 30N., Range
18W., Town of Richmond, St. Croix Countyt from 100 feet to 50 feet along 91st
Street pursuant to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix County Land Division

structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50 feet along 81st Street pursuant
to Section 13.10.B.1. of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance.

Range 17W, Town of Hammond - Rezoning 7.30 Acres from C-1 Commercial
