Request to Rezone 22 acres in the Town of Baldwin for Scott Green from Ag-1 to Ag- 2 Zoning District Hearing opened at 5:01 PM; closed at 5:10 PM. Jon Sonnentag, 616 Tower Rd, Hudson, agent for applicant. 2. Request to Rezone 160 acres from R-1 to R-2 in the Town of Star Prarie for Grandbon Holdings, LLC Hearing opened at 5:11 PM, Hold this public hearing open until the next meeting Doug Gillen, 2032 100th St., Somerset. BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Section 5, Township 29N, Range 16W, Town of Baldwin - Rezoning 22.9 acres from AG-1 Agricultural to AG-2 Agricultural Zoning District John Hilgers, Senior Planner, presented the staff report to the committee. MOTION to recommend approval of the request to amend the comprehensive zoning ordinance in the Town of Baldwin for Green. MOTION to hold this hearing and business item open until the next CDC meeting to allow the town to give a recommendation and clarification. Update and Consideration of Accessory Dwelling unit (ADU) ordinance amendment Jason Kjeseth, Community Development Director, spoke on this topic. RESULT: DISCUSSED 5. Discussion on Public Notice Requirements for Rezonings Director Kjeseth presented this topic to the committee. RESULT: DISCUSSED 6. Update and consideration of HWY 35 phase 1 trail bids Jason Kjeseth presented this topic. RESULT: DISCUSSED 7. Resolution of Commitment and Support for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) 2024-2028 Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Application to Construct the Highway 35 Off-Road Trail – Phase II Director Kjeseth discussed this with the committee. MOTION to recommend approval of the resolution of commitment and support for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation TAP grant application to the County Board of Supervisors. St. Croix County Zoning Enforcement Policy Director Kjeseth updated the committee with department statistics and the enforcement policy.
