1. Continuation of hearing to Rezone for Grandbon in the Town of Star Prairie
Hearing resumed 5:01 PM. Public hearing held open until February 15, 2024, Committee
meeting to allow for input from the City of New Richmond.
2. Lynum request for rezoning - Town of Eau Galle
Hearing opened at 5:35 PM. Hearing closed at 5:42 PM.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Amending the comprehensive zoning ordinance Section 21, Township 31N, Range
18W, Town of Star Prairie - Rezoning 160 acres from R-1 Residential District to R-2
Residential District
Jason Kjeseth, Community Development Director, introduced this topic.
Under advice from both the legal staff at the County and the request from the
city of New Richmond, Motion that we would to postpone to the date of
February 15, 2024 at 5PM for a continuation of this public hearing.

John Hilgers, Senior Planner, presented the staff report to the committee.
MOTION to recommend approval of the request by Lynum in the Town of Eau
Galle for rezoning this property.

7. Financial Report for November 2023
Ken Witt, County Administrator, gave the report to the committee.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT UPDATE
Hudson Rotary Club gave a $500 grant to Halloween at Homestead event.
Glen Hills Project update - soil test and site survey is done, location has been approved for
sanitary system

REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Supervisor Anderson would like cost estimates for the walking trails and bridges at Eckert
Bufflands County Park.
