MOTION: To approve the waiver for Seasons 45, LLC, in the Town of Troy for relief from the 4:1 depth to width standard found in Section 13.G.2.h. MOTION to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance by rezoning 6.0 acres from R-1 to AG-1 for Janet DeYoung in the Town of Rush River. MOTION to approve the request to rezone 160 acres from R-1 to R-2 in the Town of Star Prairie for Grandbon Holdings, LLC.
