to R-2 Residential Zoning District

16W, Town of Eau Galle - Rezoning 47 Acres from AG-1 Agricultural Zoning District
to R-2 Residential Zoning District

MOTION to approve the request to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
Town of Eau Galle for Bruce Erickson.

4. Resolution approving text amendments to the Town of Hudson zoning ordinance -
Chapter 105, Article IV (Signs)
Senior Planner John Hilgers presented this resolution to the committee.
MOTION to recommend approval of the resolution approving the town of
Hudson zoning ordinance amendments related to industrial zoning sign
provision.

Director Kjeseth presented the changes to the committee.
