It was reported to the Council that the ADRC may look over budget, but the carry-over from 2012 was not figured into the budget. Those dollars were approved by the state to spend on technology needed for implementation of ROWE. The Aging budget is slightly over due to raw food cost and not as much revenue received as budgeted. The ADRC budget will come in fine by the end of the year, while the Aging budget will be close. 2. 2014 Budget Council members received the draft of the 2014 Budget for the ADRC and Aging programs. It was explained that the draft did not include the pay for performance increases or the revised position requests. The draft does include a 5% increase for health insurance and the increase in retirement. No levy dollars have been added into any of the budgets until the accurate health insurance and wage information comes in. At this time the proposed budget is being reviewed by the Council. The recommended budget will be presented to the Council in October for further review. The budget will go the Committee of the Whole on October 23 with approval of the whole budget at the County Board meeting on November 7. 3.
