Resolution Authorizing St. Croix County to Enter Into the Settlement Agreements with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Allergan Finance, LLC, Walgreen Co., Walmart, Inc., CVS Health Corporation and CVS Pharmacy, Inc., Agree to the Terms of the Addendum to the MOU Allocating Settlement Proceeds, and Authorize Entry Into the MOU with the Attorney General County Administrator Ken Will explained that this resolution authorizes him to sign documents to enter into settlement agreements. Koch would like to recognize the following businesses for winning awards at the St. Croix County Economic Development Corporation's Business of the Year Awards Dinner held in February: Emerging Business of the year Keystone Medical Technology from the Town of Somerset Small Business of the Year Croix Valley Foods from the City of Hudson and Isometric Micro Molding from the City of New Richmond Vice-Chair Feidler gave brief recap of WCA Legislative Conference he recently attended along with Supr. Ostness, Supr. Tellijohn and Health and Human Services Director Bob Rohert Vice-Chair Feilder announces an Alcoholism Symposium which will be held on May 17 at 5:30 PM in New Richmond at the technical college and welcomes everyone to attend.
