Dear Mr. Briant:
This letter confirms zoning approval according to the plan you have submitted for a temporary occupancy
permit at390 Cty Rd MM in the Town of Troy. Enclosed please find an administrative land use permit to
temporarily occupy a travel trailer until the completion of your proposed residence.
Section (I7.70(3)(c)3) of the St. Croix County Zoning ordinance states "the owner of a parcel who holds
a valid building permit and sanitary permit for construction of a principal structure may apply for and
obtain approval by a Land Use Permit, issued by the St. Croix County zoning office, for temporary
placement and occupancy of a travel trailer or manufactured home during construction on condition of
connecting such unit to the use of a legal sanitary system. All residential occupancy of the travel trailer or
manufactured home shall cease when the principal home is capable of occupancy."
This permit has been issued with the following conditions:
• Temporary Occupancy shall cease upon completion of the principal structure or by July 10, 2003,
whichever comes first.
• The approved septic system shall be installed by September 13, 2002. A satellite toilet shall be
available on -site until the system is installed.
• The applicant shall notify the zoning office when temporary occupancy has ceased or if any
projected deadlines significantly change.
Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in fines and/or forfeitures. If you have any
