Please find enclosed an administrative land use permit for your project. This permit allows you to complete the project as submitted. This permit has been issued with the following conditions: • Notify the Zoning Office 3 days prior to the commencement of the project and upon the completion of the project. • Permit is valid for one year from the issuance date. • Submit photos of the final construction to the Zoning Office. Staff finds that the project meets the tower ordinance provisions of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance, section 17.87 (2) for the following reasons: 1. The existing tower can support the co -location. 2. This is an accepted use and co -location is encouraged by ordinance. 3. The application was found to be complete. If the scope of the project changes, please contact the Zoning Office immediately so we can assess the project to ascertain if additional zoning permits or approvals are necessary.
