PUBLIC COMMENT BUSINESS ITEMS 1.Financial Report for May 2024 Administrator Ken Witt discussed the financial reports for May 2024. RESULT:DISCUSSED 2.Review of Health Care Campus Financials Versus WIPFLI Projections Pre-2016 Construction Administrator Witt reviewed the Health Care Campus financials versus WIPFLI projections pre-2016 construction. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. Review of Capital Improvement Projects Administrator Witt reviewed the Capital Improvement Projects. RESULT: DISCUSSED-NO ACTION 4. Performance Recognition Program Analysis and Recommendations Human Resource Director Audrie Haycraft discussed performance recognition analysis and recommendations. RESULT: DISCUSSED 5. Resolution Transferring General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance to the Health Insurance Fund Administrator Witt discussed the resolution transferring Unassigned Fund balance to the Health Insurance Fund. Long motioned, Counter second to recommend the resolution transferring Unassigned Fund balance to the Health Insurance Fund. Motion carried 5-0. Consideration of Reclassification Request for Behavioral Health Lead Social Worker to Behavioral Health Supervisor I Human Resource Director Haycraft asked for the reclassification for Behavioral Health Lead Social to Behavioral Health Supervisor I. Long motioned, Feidler second to approve the reclassification for Behavioral Health Lead Social to Behavioral Health Supervisor I. Motion carried 5-0. Consideration of Regrade Request for Placement of In-Home Therapist on Wage Grid Human Resource Director Haycraft asked for the regrade for placement for In-Home Therapist on wage grid. Long motioned, Counter second to approve the regrade for placement for In-Home Therapist on wage grid. Motion carried 5-0. Resolution Amending Resolution and Ordinance Drafting Policy Administrator Witt discussed the resolution amending Resolution and Ordinance Drafting Policy. Counter motioned, Long Second to recommend the resolution amending Resolution and Ordinance Drafting Policy. Motioned carried 5-0. Resolution Amending County Board Compensation Administrator Witt discussed the resolution amending County Board Compensation. Sherley motioned, Feidler second to recommend the resolution amending County Board Compensation. Motion failed 1-4, Long, Berning, Counter, and Sherley voting no. RESULT: REJECTED AS PROPOSED \[1 TO 4\] MOVER: Ryan Sherley, Supervisor SECONDER: Bob Feidler, Supervisor AYES: Bob Feidler NAYS: Bob Long, Paul Berning, Scott Counter, Ryan Sherley REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Supervisor Long requested an analysis of the effectiveness of the wage grid system. Supervisor Long suggested a possible subcommittee for further review of the Health Care Campus. ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE July meeting will be using the new Civic Clerk system.
