BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Consideration of Bid Results from the Core and Shell Package
Bid package #3 estimated at $19 million came in just over $15 million.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Consideration of Alternate 1 Clinic Shell an d Alternate 2 Radon Barrier
Clinic shell and radon barrier are planned to be included in the project, instead of
alternates, with the good bids from bid package #3.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Consideration of Finishing All Four Courtrooms on the First Floor
The near final design of the courtrooms on the first floor in the remodel portion of the
project was reviewed.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
