PUBLIC COMMENT
Genie Kastro and Nancy Bezner for preserving nature and land in Hudson in relationship to
Government Building Expansion project.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1.Review of Exterior Drawings for the Government Center Addition
Charettes were held with all department heads to talk about locations of departments in
the expansion and renovated building. Building designs were worked on over the lat few
months and 5 options have been presented on the buildings exterior. The goal is to have
the expansion match the existing building as closely as possible.
2. Review 60% Drawings for the Government Center Addition
Drawings and plans were submitted to Hudson to be reviewed at planning commission
committee in July. Larson Engineering reviwed the exterior and interior plans for the
building and went over requirements that are required by the city of Hudson.
3. Update on Construction Cost Estimates for the Government Center Addition
Estimates are waiting for final drawings and more solidified design plans. Estimates will
be ready by the beginning July and will be discussed next meeting.
