1. Consideration of Financing Plan for a Government Center Project
Brian Reilly from Ehlers presented financing information. Two options were discussed.
Financing in one debt issue, or splitting the debt into three separate debt issuance. Pros
and cons of both options.

2. Consideration of Other Possible Funding Ideas Related to a Government Center
Expansion Project

3. Discussion of Building Needs County Wide
RESULT: NO ACTION
4. Review of Communications Outline
Public Information Officer Adam Kastonek reviewed draft communication plan. Input was
provided. A final plan will be brought back in July for approval.
