PUBLIC COMMENT
Supervisor Hansen asked the subcommittee to consider the broader social scope of project.
Also, consider looking at 50 year project needs.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Review Status of Updating Space Needs Assessment
The Administration Committee approved the contingency funding to update the space
needs plan. It will take two months before the updated plan is ready.

2. Consideration of Marketing/Communication Plan for Government Center Building
Project
Public Information Officer Kastonek discussed communication for the project. An outline
will be presented at the next meeting.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Consideration of Government Center Property Options for Unused Portions of 79
Acre Parcel
Varied ideas on what to do with the 79 acre government center property. Review sale
price of corner across from Vine Street.
REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Next agenda items: communication outline, other possible funding ideas, draft financing plan,
building needs county-wide.
