1. Consideration of Bonding Plan for a Government Center Expansion Project
Sean Lentz from Ehlers presented financial impact of the project.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Consideration of Recommending Government Center Expansion Project
Moved by Long, seconded by Peterson to recommend moving forward with the
government center expansion project. Recommendation starts the communication phase
of the project. A resolution authorizing bonding would be the next formal step by the
Administration Committee and then the County Board for the project to move forward.
Motion carried 5-0.
