Election of Chairperson for Subcommittee Anderson nominated Feidler for chairperson. Feidler nominated Long for chairperson. Long declined. Long nominated Counter for chairperson. Feidler withdrew his name. Moved by Peterson, seconded by Long to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot for Counter as chairperson. Motion carried unanimously. RESULT: APPROVED \[UNANIMOUS\] MOVER: David Peterson, Supervisor SECONDER: Bob Long, Supervisor AYES: David Peterson, Scott Needham, Paulette Anderson, Bob Long, Scott Counter, Bob Feidler 2. Recap Current Status of Government Center Building Project County Administrator Witt reviewed status of project and where we are at. Space study conducted last year looked at options and amount of space. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. Determination of Next Steps and Desired Outcomes for Subcommittee Next steps discussed. Re-evaluate each departmental space needs to confirm post pandemic space is the same or different. Engage the public, to the extent of keeping them informed or through the process of an advisory referendum. Determine consequences if we do not move forward with the project. Tour existing facilities and review in more detail the concept plans. Next meeting will be 11am on April 21st to conduct building tour and then study concept details. Department heads will be asked to reconfirm space needs. Future meetings may include financing sources for the project and public participation.
