BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Tour of Existing Facilities
Facilities Director Elsbury led tour of the Government Center offices.
RESULT: NO ACTION
2. Discussion of Space Needs at the Government Center
Space needs from the tour were discussed. Consensus was that additional space will be
needed. Looking at October 2021 time frame for recommendation from this
subcommittee.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Consideration of Updating Space Needs Study for Potential Tenants
Discussed $19,000 to update space needs study to add additional space for outside
agencies, Hudson PD, Probation, Public Defenders. Moved by Peterson, seconded by
Feidler to request contingency funds for space needs study update. Motion carried
unanimously. Updated space needs study report would be ready by end of July.
