HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES BOARD

CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Health and Human Services Board was called to order at 4:00 PM by
Health and Human Services Vice Chair Ron Kiesler. In the absence of Health and Human
Services Board Chair Chris Babbitt, the meeting will be conducted by Vice Chair Kiesler.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Resolution Opposing Legislation Which Impacts the Provision of Affordable
Reproductive Health Care to the Citizens of St. Croix County
After the Health and Human Services meeting on September 8, 2015 a letter was sent to
State Legislators as well as a resolution was prepared. Public Health Administrator Deb
Lindemann and Reproductive Health Nurse Jaye Hay were available to share further
information with the board and answer any questions.
A Motion was made by Supervisor Anderson and seconded by Supervisor Novotny to
approve this resolution and move it on to the County Board.
A voice vote was taken and was approved.
