APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. April 25, 2014 8:00 AM
The April 25, 2014 minutes are approved as presented.

1. Financial Reports
Administrator Thompson summarized the April 2014 Financial reports.
2. Community Justice Collaborating Council
CJCC Coordinator Mike O'Keefe introduced himself to the committee and gave a brief
history of his background and the current projects of the CJCC. Chairman Brinkman
welcomed O'Keefe.
3. Medical Examiner
Medical Examiner Patty Schachtner reported on the year to date cases, the intern program
and various projects in the Medical Examiner's office.
4. 9-1-1 Center/EOC Project Update
Emergency Support Services Director, Casey Swetlik reported on 911/EOC project. The
project is currently 98% complete.
5. 9-1-1 Infrastructure Phase II
Emergency Support Services Director, Casey Swetlik reported on the 911 Infrastructure
Phase II. Discussion.
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Chair Brinkman announced the Sheriff department awards will be held on Sunday, June 22nd at
2:00 PM at The Orchard in Baldwin, all members are invited.
Emergency Management Coordinator Sailer reported there was significant flooding in the area
on June 1. Sailer will take any suggestions from members for meeting date and times for the
Local Emergency Planning Committee to make attendance more convenient for members.
DATE OF NEXT MEETING - JULY 18, 2014
Friday, July 18th was set as the tentative meeting date at 8:00 AM in the County Board room.
