PUBLIC COMMENT
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Financial Report March 2020
Financial reports for the first quarter of 2020 for all reporting departments reported by
Administrator Patrick Thompson. All departments are within the revenue and
expenditure parameters.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Overview of reporting departments
The following departments gave a brief overview of their operations; Courts (Judge
Scott Needham), Community Justice Collaborating Council (Coordinator Mike
O'Keefe), Medical Examiner's Office (Medical Examiner Patty Schachtner), District
Attorney (District Attorney Michael Nieskes), and Sheriff's Office (Sheriff Scott
Knudson).
RESULT: DISCUSSED
REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Child Support and Clerk of Court will give brief overview of their operations. Supervisor Hansen
would like information on programs in the jail.
