ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Robbie Krejci addressed the WCHA (Wisconsin County Highway Association) Work Zone Safety
Group and a statewide initiative to get support to possibly equip highway workers with cameras
and/or other reflective clothing for safety purposes. St. Croix County recently had a highway
worker injured while flagging in a construction zone.
Chair Klatt presented the group with photos of the SCSO Squad/Taxi Cab - "Choose Your
Ride" vehicle that is having final detailing added to it. We will hopefully have this vehicle in
the next couple of weeks. This vehicle will be used for special events, the St. Croix County
Fair, etc. Trooper Unruh advised that WSP had one of these vehicles and it was a huge
attraction and conversation piece. Chair Klatt advised that most of the decals on the vehicle
will be paid for by the Tavern League.
ADJOURN
Chair Klatt adjourned the meeting at 10:58 a.m.
DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 23, 2019.
