1. Amendment to Chapter 79 of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances - All-Terrain
and Utility Terrain Vehicle Route Ordinance
Motion by Adams/Barcalow to add the ATV Route to Chapter 79 ATV/UTV Routes.
Motion carried.

2. Review and Discuss Hudson Highway Facility Replacement
Todd Rehnelt and Cory Scheidler reviewed the options for the Hudson Highway Facility.
Motion by Adams/Barcalow to approve the study and recommend option seven
(attached).

3. 2022 Financial Report
Chuck Meyers and Kathy Rineck reviewed the 2022 Financial Report.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Monthly Financial Report
Kathy Rineck reviewed the monthly financial report.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
5. Discuss Local Road Improvement Pilot Project Program
Rob Krejci reviewed the Local Road Improvement Pilot Project and the request of the
Wisconsin Towns Association and League of Municipalities to assume control of the
administration of the program.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
6. Chippewa St. Croix Rail Commission Update
Rob Krejci gave an update on the Chippewa St. Croix Rail Commission.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
7. Highway Department Monthly Report
Pits and Quarries Update - Staff determined the material in the Wilson Quarry will not
service the needs of the Highway department.
Staffing Update - Rob Krejci presented an overview of employee turnover
2023 Construction Schedule - Staff plans to delay the construction projects on
County Road C and County Road V due to winter maintenance costs.
