1. State Patrol Crash & Traffic Report
Wisconsin State Patrol reviewed the incidents and accidents.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. St. Croix County Crash Report
County staff reviewed the incidents and accidents.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Wisconsin Department of Transportation Engineer Report
Chad Hines reviewed the current State projects in St. Croix County. Chad Hines noted
the safety improvement project located at Exit 128 on Interstate 94 is moving forward.

4. Wisconsin Department of Transportation Safety Report
Dan Kontos reviewed the safety report for St. Croix County

5. County Highway Safety Projects Update
Greg Haig updated the Commission the status of the County Road construction projects
including planned safety studies.

6. Safe Roads and Highways for All Grant Update
Rob Krejci reviewed the Safe Roads and Highways for all grant. This project is in
partnership with Dunn County and Eau Claire County and will be kicking off in the fourth
quarter of 2023 continuing through 2024.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Rob Krejci discussed St. Croix County's concern with the 16 snowplows that were struck by other
motor vehicles in 2022/2023.
The County will be working with the Wisconsin County Highway Association on potential
law changes to further protect snow plow operators.
