1. State Patrol Crash & Traffic Report
Rob Krejci and Justin Johnson reviewed the 2023 4th quarter State Patrol incidents,
accidents and fatalities.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. St. Croix County Crash Report
St. Croix County staff reviewed the County incidents and accidents.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Wisconsin Department of Transportation Engineer Report
Chad Hines reviewed the upcoming safety enhancement projects scheduled for 2024.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Wisconsin Department of Transportation-Bureau of Transportation Safety Report
Dan Kontos reviewed the St. Croix County Safety Report
RESULT: DISCUSSED
5. CTH A/McCutcheon Road Roundabout Project Update.
Rob Krejci reviewed the plans for a media campaign informing residents of the closure.
This project will begin is scheduled to begin the Spring of 2024 and is expected to be
complete late fall of 2024.

6. CTH E/CTH I Intersection Control Evaluation and Highway Safety Improvement
Project Application Update
The project application has been submitted. Staff plans to apply for a grant for this
proposed Round A Bout. The Highway Safety Improvement Project application has been
submitted for this project.

7. St. Croix County Safe Streets and Highways for All Project Update
The data has been submitted for the County Highway Safety Plan joint application.
Staff plans to implement long term strategies for County and Local roads.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
The Highway Department is hosting a HAZMAT Training Awareness session on March 26 and
March 28, 2024. There will be a morning and afternoon session.
