1. Monthly Financial Report
Kathy Rineck reviewed the monthly financial report.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Highway Department Monthly Report
Winter Maintenance Budget 2023-Staff has considered delaying summer
construction projects and other cost saving ideas.
Staffing-The Highway Department has had five resignations in the last 30 days.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Pilot Project with
St. Croix County and Wisconsin Towns Association
Rob Krejci reviewed the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road
Improvement Pilot Program and the breakdown of the Wisconsin Towns Association to
oversee the Local Road Improvement Program.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Amendment to Chapter 79 of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances - All-Terrain
and Utility Terrain Vehicle Route Ordinance
Motion by VanSomeren/Adams to add the ATV route to Chapter 79 ATV/UTV Routes.
Motion carried.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS]

5. Resolution Approving Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of St. Croix
and the City of River Falls for the Jurisdictional Transfer of a Portion of County Trunk
Highway U
Motion made Adams/Vansomeren to approve the Jurisdictional Transfer between St.
Croix County and the City of River Falls. Motion carried.
