1. Monthly Finance Report
Kathy Rineck reviewed the monthly Financial Report

2. Highway Department Budget Update
Rob Krejci and Kathy Rineck reviewed the 2023 and the 2024 budgets. Rob Krejci noted
all summer projects are complete.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Highway Department Monthly Report
County Road A from New Richmond Way to State Highway 64 Corridor Safety Analysis
Update-Staff to meet with the City of New Richmond regarding intersections, speeds
and development along this corridor.
County Road I/County Road E Intersection Control Evaluation Update-Staff is
reviewing funding options for this project.
Wisconsin Department of Transportation Routine Maintenance Agreement Update-
Staff is reviewing the State routine maintenance funding agreement.
Highway Department Staffing Update-Rob Krejci provided a staffing update of the
Highway Department
Winter Readiness Update-Staff is planning and preparing for the upcoming winter
season.

4. Review Transportation Section of the Proposed St. Croix County Comprehensive Plan
Nicole Peterson, Community Development, reviewed the Transportation section of the
proposed St. Croix County Comprehensive Plan.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
5. Ordinance Amending Chapter 77- Annual County Vehicle Registration Fee
Motion made by Richard Ottino/Jerry VanSomeren to increase the Vehicle Registration
Fee to $20/year. Motion carried.
