BUSINESS ITEMS
1.Consider Draft Wisconsin County Highway Association (WCHA) Transportation
Industry Memorandum of Understanding
Ramberg reviewed the WCHA Memorandum of Understanding giving a history of the
group and the basis for the document. He noted that WCHA is looking for each county's
position on the document for December 3, 2012 WCHA meeting. A motion was made
and seconded (Malick/Ostness) to approve the 8/1/2012 draft MOU between WisDOT,
WCHA and WTBA as presented with continuing discussions with other associations to
improve intergovernmental cooperation and utilization of resources as well as WisDOT
options to replace federal with state funds for local units of government. Motion carried.

2.Quarterly Financial Report
Bond reviewed the 9/30/2012 Financial Report with the Committee. Ostness requested
that previous year to date information be included on future reports.
