The minutes of the 5/10/2013meeting were accepted as presented.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Ramberg shared the following announcements with the Committee;
1) The latest issue of the Wisconsin Safety Reporter, which contained an article
about St. Croix County's innovative way of addressing safety concerns.
2) A revised plan from WisDOT for the CTH "T"/ I-94 intersection
showing implementation of concerns from the Town and County.
3) A discretionary maintenance agreement from WisDOT for pavement
rehabilitation and shouldering on USH "12".
4) An overview of applications for federal funding on specific
roadway projects. Application deadline is 6/30/13.
INFO/DISCUSSION ITEMS
1.1588 : CTH U Jurisdictional Transfer Update
Ramberg reviewed the jurisdictional transfers with WisDOT's interchange project
involving City of River Falls, Town of Troy and St. Croix County for roadways in the
vicinity of STH 35, Radio Road, CTH "U" and Chapman.
2.Financial Report
Bond distributed and reviewed the Highway Department Financial Statement for period
ending April 30, 2013 as posted.
